General terms, rules and prices

Prices

All the lit rates include Danish VAT (25%). The prices are daily prices and can be changed without prior notice. It is the price of the time of order you have to pay.

Shipment, Delivery and Appointment

The item is sent within 6 business days after the order is received.
At the invoice payment, 1 to 2 days must be expected extra delivery.
Is the item delayed you will be notified by email or phone.

Normally, the goods are send after 1-2 business days.

Denmark (Dao):
Orders below 500 DKK:
- 39 DKK incl. VAT to package shop 
- 45 DKK incl. VAT for delivery in home

Orders over 500 DKK:
- Free shipping and delivery to either package shop or home.

Denmark (GLS):
Orders below 500 DKK:
- 49 DKK incl. VAT to package shop 
- 59 DKK incl. VAT for delivery in home
- 45 DKK incl. VAT to business
Orders over 500 DKK:
- Free shipping and delivery to either package shop, home or occupation.

The rest of the world (Dao):
Sweden: 49 DKK
Germany: 59 DKK
Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland: 69 DKK
The rest of the EU: 79 DKK.

TREASURE

All prices in Denmark are inclusive of VAT.
For sale to other EU countries, Danish VAT is normally charged. The buyer must calculate and pay VAT in the EU country where he has its business.

In export of goods out of the EU (to 3. countries), Danish VAT is not charged on sales. For some services, however, there must be evidence that the conditions for the tax-free sales are met.

VAT is not calculated by goods to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

PAYMENT

You can pay with the following cards: Dankort, Visa / Dankort, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and American Express.

As soon as we have received your order over the Internet, we will send an email with order confirmation to you. This e-mail will contain the total payment sum, as well as an order number. Invoice will be sent by mail after the item has been shipped. It applies as your receipt and warranty certificate.

Are you a company with CVR.nr. who want to resell Warfair then order by email tomail@warfair.org And there will be settled through with invoice.

It is not possible to see the invoice subsequently via our website. If you want to receive a new copy of invoice per. E-mail, so send an e-mail to  mail@warfair.org with order number applied.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have, apart from the following items, by purchasing 14 days withdrawal when shopping with us. 

The deadline implies that you have 14 days from receipt, to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to the email you find at the bottom of the trading terms.

You can't regret the purchase by refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us notice.

Undoing part of the purchase.

If you purchased more items with us, you have the opportunity to send one or more items return even if they are purchased in one order.

Note that you do not get the shipping costs return if you regret a part of your purchase.

Return

Once you have notified us that you will regret your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. (Christmas gifts are swapped until January 15). You must pay for the package to be returned and it is you who is liable if an injury occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal

The following agreements cannot be undone:

Food or gift packs with food where the seal is broken.

Delivery of goods manufactured according to your specifications or have gained a clear personal touch.

The delivery of sealed goods, which is not suitable for health protection or hygiene and hygiene responses to be returned and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

The item stand when you send the return

You are liable for possible deterioration in the value of the product due to other handling than necessary to determine the nature of the product and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it in actual use.

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that you know the acquisition only or nothing of the purchase amount return, depending on the commerce's commercial value.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, it may result in an impairment of the product.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct from the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including not delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you will regret the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used the purchase unless we have agreed else.

We can retain the payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation to have returned it.

We receive neither packages without distribution or packages sent per. Requirements.

Not picked up packages:

Not picked up packages that come back to Warfair.org, a fee of DKK 79, -. for shipping and administration. The amount remained on the order is returned on the map used in the purchase.

Warranty

MANAGEMENT RULES OF PURCHASE VALID FOR BECURNISH. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have warranty for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months of the error has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in sound packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending, so we can repay your shipping costs.

Note: Warfair ApS please contacted prior to return for the application of the return number, as it facilitates our case processing, and minimizes the expedition time for the complaint.
