Terms and conditions for trading in warfair ApS

General terms, rules and prices


All stated prices include Danish VAT (25%). Prices are daily prices and are subject to change without notice. It is the price at the time of booking that you have to pay.


The item will be sent within 6 working days after the order is received.
For invoice payment, 1 to 2 days extra delivery must be expected.
If the item is delayed, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

Usually the goods arrive after 1-2 working days.

Below you can see what your shipment costs in Denmark:

Orders under 500 kroner: 39 kroner incl. VAT to parcel shop.
Orders under 500 kroner: 45 kroner incl. VAT to home.
Orders over 500 kroner: Free shipping and delivery to parcel shop or home.

The rest of the world:
EU: 149 kroner
The rest of the world: 249 kroner.

Delivery takes place with DAO or GLS.


All prices in Denmark include VAT.
When selling to other EU countries, Danish VAT is usually charged. The buyer must calculate and pay VAT in the EU country where he has his business.

When exporting goods out of the EU (to 3rd countries), Danish VAT is not charged on the sale. For certain services, however, documentation must be provided that the conditions for the VAT-free sale are met.

VAT on goods to Greenland and the Faroe Islands is not calculated.


You can pay with the following cards: Dankort, Visa / Dankort, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and American Express.

As soon as we have received your order via the Internet, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will include the total payment amount, as well as an order number. Invoice will be sent by mail after the item is shipped. It is valid as your receipt and proof of warranty.

Are you a company with who wants to resell warfair items then order via email and will be settled via with invoice.

It is not possible to see the invoice afterwards via our website. If you want to receive a new copy of invoice per. email, then send an email to with order number applied.


As a consumer, apart from the items below, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. 

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to the email that you find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Undoing part of the purchase.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.


Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. (Christmas gifts will be exchanged until 15 January). You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal

The following agreements cannot be undone:

Food or gift packages with food where the seal is broken.

Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have a clear personal touch.

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, this may result in an impairment of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Uncollected packages:

Uncollected packages that return to are subject to a fee of DKK 79. for freight and administration. The remaining amount on the order will be put back on the card used at the time of purchase.


The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to purchases of goods. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Note: warfair ApS should be contacted before returning with a view to entering a return number, as this facilitates our case processing and minimizes the processing time for complaints.

Children and young people under 18 years of age

You must be 18 years of age to shop with us. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent / guardian.
